6 Salmon portions, (tails are the tastiest)
1 TBL Dijon mustard
2 TBL vinegar
2 TBL minced tarragon
1 green onion
4 TBL chives
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup parsley
6 TBL olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook salmon. Poach (Poach in wine and water), BBQ or broiled.
Make sauce. Add all remaining ingredients into blender and make sauce. Put about 2 tablespoons of sauce on top of each salmon.
