2 cups self rising all purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
12 oz beer
melted butter
Gently mix flour, sugar and beer until blended. It will be lumpy. Make sure not to overmix. The beer bubbles makes it rise. Put in greased 9x5x3 loaf pan or two smaller pans. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 metal or 350 glass for 20-25 minutes. My oven needs 30 minutes.
