1 crown of broccoli
1/2 tsp salt (for blanching)
1/2 tsp garlic
1 TBL sesame oil
1 TBL sesame seeds (toasted)
Optional: Chili flakes for a kick, or shoyu
Cut broccoli into florets and blanch, steam, or microwave, only until still firm. Omit salt if microwaving or steaming. Put in ice bath and drain, or let cool.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spread over broccoli.
