Salad:
Whole chicken breast, cooked and shredded
Persian Cucumber (6-8), thinly sliced
Red Cabbage (1 cup shredded)
Carrot (1) slicked into matchsticks
Green Onion (2 stalks chopped)
Cilantro (1/4 bunch)
Wonton Chips (1 cup)
Dressing:
Sesame Oil (¼ cup)
Rice Vinegar (2 tbsp)
Soy Sauce (¼ cup)
Vegetable Oil (¼ cup)
Sugar (¼ cup)
Ginger (1in knob)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Lemon Juice (1/2 Lemon)
Salt (tt)
Sesame seeds
Toss the salad with the dressing
