Broccoli Ham Casserole

Ingredients:

• ½ lb broccoli crown, chopped finely

• 1 cup grated carrot

• 3½ ounces ham, sliced into matchsticks

• ¼ Onion, chopped

• 4 Eggs, beaten

• Oregano

• Salt & pepper taste

• Grated cheese to top

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients except the cheese in a baking dish.

2. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 350°F for 30 min (or slightly less in the air fryer).
