4 cups corn meal
4 lbs. Lean beef (ground skirt or flank steak) sautéed in frying pan
2 cans beef broth
2 large can tomato sauce
8 cups water
2 cans ripe pitted olives
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 garlics, minced
4 onions, minced
2 cans vacuum packed corn
Bring to boil the broth, tomato sauce, and water. Add cornmeal and simmer five minutes. Sauté the meat, garlic, onions, and corn in a large fry pan. Add to the cornmeal and mix well. Transfer mixture to a 1-inch deep baking dish and bake for 35 minutes (more or less) at 400°
Note: Cumin might be good in here. Also you can use ½ pork and ½ beef.
