1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 lb CANDIQUIK
1/2 cup peanut butter
24 – 1½” paper bon bon cups
Blend 1/3 cup peanut butter with powdered sugar and vanilla. Using ½ tsp for each, shape into 24 balls.
Combine melted CANDIQUIK and ½ cup peanut butter. Spoon just enough mixture into each bon bon cup to cover bottom. Top with peanut butter ball, then cover with remaining chocolate mixture. Chill for faster setting.
YIELD: 24 cups
