Shred 2 or 3 cooked chicken breasts and put on a plate
Grate cheese and put on a plate
Cut tortillas into quarters and put on a plate
Chop 2 or 3 green onions and put on a plate
Open can of red or green enchilada sauce
Open can of sliced black olives
Add ¼ cup of enchilada sauce to bottom of casserole dish
Add layer of tortillas
Cover with enchilada sauce
Add layer of chicken
Add layer of cheese
Add layer of tortillas
Cover with enchilada sauce
Add layer of tortillas
Cover with enchilada sauce
Add layer of cheese
Top with olives and green onions
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until bubbly
