1½ lbs. of large mushroom caps
½ cup Italian Wishbone dressing
1 can of crabmeat
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs.
2 beaten eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup minced onions
1 tsp Lemon juice
Marinate the mushrooms in the Italian dressing. Remove stems. Combine remaining ingredients and stuff mushrooms. Put in fridge. When ready to serve place on a flat cooking pan and cook in 400-degree oven for about 15 minutes. Or you can cook them ahead of time. They keep good in fridge. Just reheat when ready to serve.
